In these classes, we explore movement and breath as we move through more traditional seated, standing and balancing poses, inviting more strength, flexibility and ease into our lives. Modifications for each pose are always offered so whether you are a beginner yogi or a seasoned practitioner, there is something in this class for everyone.
One of the greatest benefits of practising yoga is the feeling of being more open, more spacious and moving with a greater sense of ease both on and off the mat.
