What do I need to begin yoga?
Not much really! All you need is your body, your mind and a keen sense of curiosity.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No. Yoga is not about how flexible your body is, it’s about showing up and having a willingness to surrender to the practice and the teachings.
Should I eat before yoga?
It is best to wait an hour or two after eating before you start your yoga practice. Depending on your metabolism, you might like a small snack such as a protein ball or a handful of nuts to keep you going? Check-in with your body and see what works best for you.
What do I wear to yoga?
Anything that you are comfortable in that allows you to move freely and without restriction – tights, tracksuit pants, shorts, a t-shirt.
